  • How do I track my La Paloma Boutique order?
    We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels so we'll have a tracking number for your item if needed. Please get in touch at shop@palomaboutique.co.uk and we'll send this to you. You can then simply go here to track your item: https://frankingcompanies.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
  • What are my delivery options for my La Paloma Boutique order?
    UK SHIPPING ​ Standard Shipping is £4 or FREE with orders over £75. We send Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for Delivery which should take up to 3 days. Over Black Friday and Bank Holiday Weekends please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. For more information please see our Shipping Policy.
  • How do I return a La Paloma Boutique order?
    Return Instructions ​ 1. Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached. ​ 2. Fill out the returns form and send the item(s) and form back to us. Please make sure all sections have been filled out on the form as without these details we may not be able to process your refund. You have the option to opt for a refund or exchange for a different size/colour. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on the availability of stock, where possible an exchange will be provided, alternatively we will refund you for the returned items as per our standard policy. If you believe you have a faulty item please get in touch at shop@lapalomaboutique.co.uk. ​ 3. Please label your parcel with the address noted on the returns form and post back to us. We recommend using a signed for service as proof of posting.Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and the original postage cost will not be refunded. ​ 4.You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund and any relevant product packaging should be present as well as the item being in a re-saleable condition.   • How can I contact your couriers?
    Please visit https://www.royalmail.com/ or you can call them on 03457 740 740. They're open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Not at the moment. We're looking to expand in the near future but for now we serve UK customers only. Apologies for an inconvenience caused.
